01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bz888 platform and all related services. By visiting the bz888 website, creating an account, or participating in any game or bet, you are legally bound by these Terms.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawals can only be made to registered payment methods.
It is preferable that the source of the deposit and the withdrawal method are the same.
Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
bz888 reserves the right to hold and investigate withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting each bonus offer.
Each bonus offer can only be used once per person/household/device/IP address.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
If a bonus is not used within the validity period stated in the offer description, it will expire.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
If bonus abuse is suspected, bz888 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

VIP Program

bz888 has 5 VIP levels. You can advance to higher levels through regular play and each level comes with weekly cashback:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

The final decision on determining and changing VIP levels rests with bz888 management.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on bz888 will be conducted according to these rules. Please also read the individual rules of each game carefully before playing.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was not properly recorded due to a system error.
Any inconsistent results caused by technical errors may be considered void.
If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet amount will be refunded.
bz888 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.
In the case of live betting, if a connection is lost, the result at that moment will be considered final.

Fair Play

bz888 uses fair play technology and a Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps the outcome of all games completely impartial and unpredictable. No player or third party can influence the system.

08 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and if such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits and winnings will be cancelled:

Operating multiple accounts or using multiple identities.
Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
Placing bets through automated bots, scripts or software.
Attempting to defraud the platform by colluding with other players.
Using the platform for theft, fraud or money laundering.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting to hack it.
Using a false identity or the identity of another person.
Operating an account using third-party funds.

In cases of fraud or illegal activity, bz888 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

In the case of permanent closure, any valid balance will be returned, however bonus funds will be considered void.
